Some Help plz! Appreciated if so...

I've been getting this database error on my forum, and its getting annoying and pissing me off lately.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows how to fix it or how to get rid of it?

heres the error message:

well its not technically my forum firefly but its my firedns. I run it for him. So the error comes up because the forum could be unlicensed?

i tried it and the box keeps popping back up, and i entered my exact information but it seems it wont take it

Are you entering your customer number and password you got from the email when your purhased vBulletin?

ah ha, well thx, as i said previously i said its my friends vbulletin, but i run it, thus its probably him that needs to do this right?

i presume http://fusion-x.net/forum/ is your forum url so some of the admins will be able to confirm that it has a liscence.
