Need SSH Help Please... Trying to restore a database

Anybody around.. please help. I finally got SSH connection. Now how the heck to I restore this baby. I've been up 2 days straight and am pulling my hair out. Plus, this heatwave is killing me..... Somebosy... anybody.... HEEEEEELP!

I have no clue how to SSH... its not the same as Telnet

SSH is like telnet. I has a shell that is exactly like telnet. It also has a FTP client (SFTP). Make sure you click the "New Terminal Window" icon at the top, that will open a shell.
