As I told you over at vbulletin.com, it's in your forums directory. If it wasn't there, then your forums wouldn't run.
here is evrything in that directory:
forumid
styleid
title
description
active
displayorder
replycount
lastpost
lastposter
threadcount allowposting
cancontainthreads
daysprune
newpostemail
newthreademail
moderatenew moderateattach
allowbbcode
allowimages allowhtml
allowsmilies
allowicons
parentid
parentlist
allowratings
countposts
styleoverride

You're using phpMyAdmin to view the MySQl database for your vBulletin. You'll need to download showthread.php with an FTP client, make the changes, and reupload it to the place it was before.

Where are you looking? Those look like database tables. They are certainly not php files and that certainly is not the contents of your forums directory.
The file is question is on your server in your forums directory. It's not in the database and it's not in the templates.
Ok im still completely lost...., how the **** do i download it... :'(..... o wait... hold on...
