I've tried inserting this into functions.php however it gives me parse errors...

$post[verify] = "".

$usergroupid=$bbuserinfo[usergroupid];

if ($usergroupid == "6") { $post[verify] = "<img src="http:\\forums.gaminguru.com\images\verify\admin.gi f" alt="ADMINISTRATOR" width="80" height="20"></img><br>"; }

if ($usergroupid == "13") { $post[verify] = "<img src="http:\\forums.gaminguru.com\images\verify\staff.gi f" alt="STAFF MEMBER" width="80" height="20"></img><br>"; }

if ($usergroupid == "5") { $post[verify] = "<img src="http:\\forums.gaminguru.com\images\verify\mod.gif" alt="MODERATOR" width="80" height="20"></img><br>"; }

if ($usergroupi == "17") { $post[verify] = "<img src="http:\\forums.gaminguru.com\images\verify\affiliat e.gif" alt="AFFILIATE" width="80" height="20"></img><br>"; }

if ($usergroupi == "16") { $post[verify] = "<img src="http:\\forums.gaminguru.com\images\verify\banned.g if" alt="BANNED!" width="80" height="20"></img><br>"; }

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Escape quotes with \ in the $post['verify'] variable.
