Added missing sections
This is just an expansion of a solution Firefly gave here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?threadid=33879&s=&perpage=15&pagenumber=1&display=show)
This hack (mini hack?) will allow you to set forums as requiring moderation for thread starting, leaving replies un moderated (or bice versa for that matter).
It adds a new setting to the forum table, "moderaterep", and requires editing of admin/forum.php, and root/newreply.php
I've also attempted to make a teeny weensy installer to make it a little easier to install. I know it's not brilliant, but it'll handle the alter table section for you.
Demo isn't available. If there's no bugs, I'll call this a full release.
