can i use telegram app as my media upload center?
i want user can upload file to my host then an addon or plugin upload its file to my telegram account and remove file from my host to save storage.... then when youser want to see it my server download it from my site's telegram account to my host and show the file to my user in other hand, i keep my media file in telegram app.
