Making VB5 Modules

I have been lokking on the net, and there is a lot of reading.
I am looking for how to begin learning to build my own mods for vbulletin 5.
Is there a site or something, where the basics could be find an read to learn myself to build my own mods.
Where to begin, how to test etc.....

Is there somebody who can help me on my way?
