I would like to receive notification on IM ( like WhatsApp ) immediately after a user post a message on the forum ..
I don't have coding problem how to send that message to IM ( like WhatsApp ), I don't know how to / or where to add my code to get executed after user posts ..
I see that vbulletin has a mechanism that triggers on new post / reply .. ( like sending email messages to subscribed users ) all I want is to find where that mechanism is and add my code to send the post title to my IM
