Strange symbols!!

Greetings all,

I just uploaded my forum 425 and registered couple of new users to check the registration process.

I received the welcome emails which containg starange long numbers and symbols!!
My forum in Arabic language and it seems fine in all the sections but not in the emails.
Also, I noticed the same when I registerd one user in arabic name, the name came up like ??????

I tried to search the forum with no luck! Please see attached!

Any ideas please!

I’m going to assume the import of the db char doesn’t match what the server is using, make sure they match, most likely a utf8 mismatch
