I would also post this on vbulletin.com I believe this forum might be the best area (https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forum/vbulletin-5-connect/vbulletin-5-connect-questions-problems-troubleshooting/vbulletin-5-tutorials), you can give simple instructions on how to install the language pack (nothing too fancy just basic info) and it will be considered a tutorial and perhaps reach a larger audience ;) :cool:.
