Can't find "Edit Templates"

Hi,
I don't experience in vb.
I have vb5 Cloud v5.2.5. I'm trying to "Edit Templates", but I can't find it in my menu. Can I edit?

What's exactly do you want to do? It may be doable without editing templates.
