Hi, I am looking for a developer to tweak a couple of things on my vBulletin forum, but finding devs with expertise on vBulletin seems to be harder than expected.
I posted an offer on Upwork but nobody seems to be familiar at all with vBulletin custom mods. Is there anywhere on this forum or otherplace where I can find experienced vBulletin developers?
Thanks

You have several options here at vBorg.
If you have minor issues (default features not working corretly) with your site, you can post here in the appropriate forum describing each issue (I recommend making a separate thread for each issue) and someone will likely help you get them sorted out.
If you are wanting to do something vBulletin doesn't do out of the box, that is, you need some custom coding done, you can post in either the unpaid or paid request forums. You may find that there is already an existing product that will do what you want, in which case we will point you to those, or someone will be able and willing to write some code for you.
If your needs are extensive, and you find you need to post in the paid request forum, be sure to read all the sticky threads there. ;)

Oh, I missed the paid requests subforum. Thank you very much!
Also make sure to do some research about the person you hire so you don't get scammed.
Like Mark said, you can find this information in the sticky threads in the paid requests forum.

Make sure you read the announcements, as well as the sticky threads.

I believe this forum https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30 can help you.
But take care when choosing a vB developer, make sure that you check their profile carefully or you can waste/lose your money. ;)
If possible, I would suggest you should contact with developers that worked on your projects before.

Posts removed.
The OP did not ask for personal gripes about IB or VB, stick to the topic.
