I need some help and vbulletin does not seem to offer for the moment.

Vbulletin did a professional update from 3.7 to 5.2.5. I have a lot of threads with just 1 post, the innitial post, the rest are gone.

I've rebuilt the search index, also the Topic information, same issue.

After the upgrade it seems there are also less posts, from over 3 million to 2,1. What can I do?

Contact vb support and ask them to investigate.

I did, they have not asked for the moment.

I dont know what you mean by "they have not asked".

If you have contacted them, and have a ticket number, then you need to wait. Support have many tickets to deal with.

We are looking at this...looks like something didn't work properly during the upgrade process.
