Problem in friendly urls

hello

i use vBulletin? v3.8.8 Beta 1

and vBSEO 3.6.1

when i try to use friendly urls

and setting thread url : [thread_title]-t[thread_id]/

the url be very long and Contains some letters and numbers

note 1 : my forum in arabic then urls must be in arabic when i use friendly urls

My friend uses the same version of vb an vbseo with same settings and no problem

note 2 : when titles in english every think is ok

Check charset for your URLs ( by setting it in templates) and your database.
