Ok, so I know this can be done, as a tech on a different website than the one I help run now did it, but they won't respond to me lol.

So anyways, here is what I want to do:

We habe users in usergroups. For this example, let's call them UG #'s 12, 13 and 14. We need to clear those usergroups, without deleting them. Is there an sql query that anyone uses to conduct a mass function such as this to where you can insert usergroup numbers to execute the dump?

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help I can pass along to our websites current tech would be greatly appreciated.

You want to delete all users from a usergroup?

That is correct, but without deleting the usergroup itself

That's a vB function.

AdminCP -> Users -> Prune / Move Users

Then set the criteria and on the next page you'll be able to delete or move them to another usergroup.

AdminCP -> Users -> Prune / Move Users

Then set the criteria and on the next page you'll be able to delete or move them to another usergroup.

That function will not work for this, as there is no criteria they must meet. That function also applies only to primary usergroups.

I wish it were as easy as that, it was the first thing I tried.
