Problem in the pages search.php and forum.php

I have bug in the search.php page:

I have another bug in the forum.php page:

I don't know what the cause to this bugs.
I will be happy for help me with that bugs, it drives my crazy.

Looks like some improper html on the page. Have you run the page source through an html validator? https://validator.w3.org/ We would need a link to the actual site in order to see what is going on.
