It could be that hotmail has blocked email from your server. I found this which might help: https://kb.iweb.com/entries/22941042-Ensuring-email-from-an-IP-isn-t-blocked-by-Hotmail- (I just googled it, and there are other results that might have better information, that's just the first one I found).
