I'm getting a lot of complaints from potential members that they are being logged as spammers and denied registration. Our spam management is Askimet, and when I check the database, their IP, email, etc. is all good. GlowHost plug-in is on, NoSpam is off. Not all registrants have a problem, but I don't know how many do.
So, I tried registering and deliberately answered the required question wrong. It had me redo the registration form. Then it came back and gave me this message:
"Registration denied, this forum runs an active policy of not allowing spammers. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page link if you believe this is in error
Is this happening because the registration attempt is being repeated? If so, how do I fix it?
