Advanced search - no data received

Hi everyone. After I upgrade my vbulletin forum page to 4.2.2 level patch 4. when I clicked on the advanced search link it shows me the "No data received. Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data. Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE ". What is the problem here? Please help. Need to fix ASAP.

Check you php error logs, if you have them available, and see if there's something there to shed some light on it.
