Creating post and threads from external website

Hi,

I would like to create vBulletin threads and posts from an external website.

I'm looking into the REST Mobile API, is this the correct interface to use?

Furthermore I can't find much documentation, there is just:

Is there some other good documentation around?
Has any of you already created a similar script?
