widget or Mod, social fan count?

I've been looking for several days and have found nothing.
Is there any way to create a widget like this?

I am sure it can be done. But if you are not familiar with PHP and HTML coding, I would suggest asking for someone to code one up for free, by posting a request in the Modification Requests/Questions (Unpaid) (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=112) forum, although you may have better luck paying someone by posting a request in the Requests for Paid Services (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30) forum.
