Moderator since?

Is there a way to check since when a user is moderator?

I wanted to find that information in the database but I was unable to do so.

Any idea?

If you moved them to a new usergroup when they became moderator, you should be able to go to view the user in the admincp and click on the View Change History link next to Profile. This is assuming you haven't been deleting the control panel logs.
