I am not sure how you are setup, but take a look at your forum manager, maybe you are using the "forum link" option.
ACP --> Forum Manager --> Main Category --> Forum Link
If so you can correct the link there...

I think it could be a vvseo problem because it shows number of posts and if I remember well a subforum with a custom link doesn't show posts number

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Hi guys
and many tanks for your availability.
So if you look there are all categories of the forum that have the same problem.
For example if you go on my site and point the mouse on the white circle you see in the attached image, you will see a wrong link.
The link is: http://www.sigarettaelettronicaforum.it/forum.php#eliquid
but i think that this part doesnt must be there: "forum.php#" or not???
And if you see, this succeeded also with all categories sections of the forum and
if you click on some forum like "Negozi fisici" or "Sondaggi" also them have a wrong links.
And also i see that this morning clicking on that categories, shown in the image attached
succeeded a strange thing....
If you see the last categories of the forum in the second image attached, them have lose the text of the name of that category.
Then ForceHSS, thanks for your opinion, like i want say thanks also to the other users are trying to help me, but i was thinking... if i disable vbseo in the way you show me, do i loose all vbseo google indexing??

That forum is pointing to this page http://www.sigarettaelettronicaforum.it/negozi-fisici/ and since it gives a 404 error then your site redirects to you your home. I don't know this could be but probably it's vbseo, if so then i don't know how to help you because i don't have it. About the icon link pointing to #eliquid i can't check right now.
