Exlude usergroup from 'Minimum Time Between Searches'

Try global_setup_complete instead. And you dont' need the "global $vbulletin;" line, although it doesn't hurt anything.

Hi guys, i only found this thread today so apologies for bumping this.

I'd like to try this but I see in the "add new plugin", there is an option of 'Execution Order' and it is currently set at 5. I don't understand that setting so what number should it be?

my global search time is 45 seconds and i want to make different times for a few usergroups.

Default setting should work fine.
