This addon allow administrators and moderators to add text notices for each user (accessible on usermanager). :)

Only staff. It's so staff can add notes to individual users on their profile via the control panel. In usergroup permissions there is also options if mods can view/edit the notes :)

Unless you know something I don't users can't see the message at all only staff.

Sorry, it seems like I don't understand what this mod actually does.

I thought it sends individual notes to users.

But, now I'm starting to think it's user notes, something that's in vB out of the box. I'm talking about this: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/options_usernotes

What's the difference between this mod and user notes already in vB?
