If you are running vb4.2.1 or vb4.2.2 drop-down menus can be added as 'tabs' and on the 'sub-nav' via the navigational manager. vb4.2.0 has drop-downs on the 'sub-nav' bar only.

Does this help?

I am not using the vbulletin navigation bar, im using a custom navigation added to the template , i posted a image and also the code for that navigation bar on the template. Basically what i need is to add drop downs to that navigation bar.

I looked at you web-site. Why not implement the entire WordPress menu, since it already contains the drop-down menus you are requesting. I think you need to post this in the request forums unpaid or paid, this would be an easy project for a programmer to port / modify to give you the look and feel of your WordPress menu.
