External posts merge

Hi,
I need using an external php-script to merge two posts within the same thread (first post merge with second).
How to do it very simple?
I will be grateful for links and part of code. VB 3.8

You should be able to do that with the built-in moderation tools. Why do you want an external script?

Yep, check the boxes next to the two posts in the thread and then go down to Moderation and select "Merge Posts".

Ok. How to merge manually - I know, but I need to automate this process. As in case of prevent doubleposting hack, but I have another merge conditions.

If you want to merge them automatically like in the doubleposting hack, then check the code in that hack and modify it to your needs.
