However, vBblog addon is unfortunately no longer for sale. And the update for some older licenses is not available too.

I have a license for a 3.x Blog that I no longer need since I have the vb 4.2.2 suite but I can't remember the exact version. So to answer your question, I'm not sure.

If you have a blog license, tied to a vB4/5 license, it'd be download vBulletin blog.

If I had to guess, its PHP 5.4 compatibility
