Thinking of upgrading to 5 but have adsense issues

I have a 72 hr demo for 5 and I love it so far, but from going from 3.8 to this is a whole new monster.

I make 80% of my money having adsense load in my posts 1st and last of every page.

I am used to editing postbit and showthread.php

How or where do I implement the code to add in adsense creatively.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Also any of you have apps I can check out from v5 mobile suite?
