Which folder can I find the files for the CMS articles? Please help

I'm trying to upload a backup of my website but that backup was made months ago, and there are new CMS articles made since then. Which folder do I find the CMS article files so I can save them and re-upload them with the backup?

In other words: How do I upload the backup and recover all the CMS articles created?

Please help. I would truly appreciate your support.

They are not in a folder, they are in your database. There are several tables that start with cms_* and they are in there.
