Tagging mods

Which mod is used to tag mods here?
Could it also be used as a bookmarking system for tagging posts/threads etc?

Tagging the mod is exclusive to the mod system.

There is a mod for bookmarking threads/posts, but I am not going to tell you which one, cause you will just tell me you do not want to use their mods. :p

It's not the mods I don't want to use...
BTW, there is invite for negotiation which is nice and the mod in question is the mod in question.
