Membership Pugin

I see this type of membership layout in quite a few forums. It must be a product or plugin, but I have not been able to find the source. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I believe Vertical Scope (owners of AutoGuide) uses that for all the forums they own. That is a plugin, with template edits and additional files. (friend was an admin on one of their sites)

I made my own version, which was linked to by ForceHSS. It is custom for each forum so I haven't release anything yet. Plus I am cleaning up the html and css to be more user friendly.
