Hide Links with Social Network Sharing

Hey can anyone tell me about any mod or procedure in which Registered users Unhide the link only when user shares the post on facebook, twitter, google+, stumbleupon, digg etc.

i havent seen any mod for it :-s there is one for thanks etc but not for sharing post
