And how am I or anyone else supposed to know what you have done, if you do not say, I followed everything here and here.

1) If you look at my user title, I am a advisor on here, so yes I am junior staff. I am simply giving you the tools to clean up after such a event, which is the same things anyone fixing your site is going to follow.

2) I answered your post on here 3 1/2 hrs after you posted, so your post on here was answered in a timely fashion.

3) Remember this site is all about programing, designing, and modifications to your site, all the staff that works here is volunteers, and is in no way responsible for securing your site.

4) I am sorry your site got hacked, but I will give this information to anyone that posts here about their site getting hacked and does not say, I followed everything here, and here.

If you want help from official vbulletin staff, then this is the wrong place to ask. vbulletin.com is the official vbulletin site. This is the modification site for vbulletin - everyone here is just a volunteer on the site. Some of us may be vbulletin staff also, but we just volunteer our time on this site. So again, if you want to here from official vbulletin staff, then you should post over on vbulletin.com

Just to note that given the information in the first post, I would have replied exactly as ozzy did. You said nothing about what you have done to fix this, so we can't not tell you about a, b, and c when you never said you did a, b, and c.
