how to create new cms article using data manager?

I can't find any tutorial where could I add new cms articles using Data manager.
Can someone helps me?

What do you mean "using Data manager"? You may create a PHP article if you are wanting to query the database.

Is there a function I can use to create a cms article or should I just do a insert statement?
