Any way to create a homepage?

Sup? I'm looking for a way to create a home page so when someone gets into the domain he will see the custom page instead of the forums, also so that the logo and basically every possible link will leak to the home page.

Create a new page, make it how you want it, then set your .htaccess to redirect all domain.com hits to that page.

So its not possible to set it in vbulletin like use it as homepage.
