Email notification for mods

I have email notifications set for moderators.

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators -> Edit -> Receive Email When a New Post is Created

This seems to have an issue, moderators receive email even for forums they dont have view permissions. How can I fix this ?:(

Can anyone point me to the code so i can look, i could not find the code !

After a long struggle i got this function fetch_moderator_newpost_emails() which to be updated to block emails in admin forums to moderators and smods.
