What the best mod for mass email?

Hello guys,

I'm using vbulletin 4.2.0 version in a board with 125.000 registered members.
I always had problems sending mass emails because only about 5% receives my email.

Is there any GOOD mod to send mass email with a good delivery rate and that don't overload the server?

What do you suggest? Sending html emails is not important, just need that my members receives my email...

And btw, this will be send what time to time? 1min to 1min? 5min to 5 mins?
I would like to send about 50 per hour. What value shoul I set?
