To many Users "Awaiting Email Confirmation"

I was wondering , why when members register on my website , i get so many members on this group "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" almost 100 % of the time , i have to go one by one and activete those account and change the usergroup to members. Can anyone guide me and how i can eliminate this, or fix, or anything that will help me out!.

There is a vbulletin option to make users confirm email before posting....

Don't confirm them as some if not all are bots or the email is fake

This is nothing to deal with vbulletin. This problem related to your domain name. You must setup SPF record at domain registrar to prevent your email go to recipient's Spam folder.
