Need help removing Statusicon column (3.7.3)

I am trying to figure out how to remove the statusicon column from my templates, I have searched via google but I can't find any helpful information.

Whether it be a module or a removal of code in the backend, I'll try anything about now >_<.

Thanks for the response, I figured it out though, deleted stuff and refreshed until it work, if I had to do it again I probably wouldn't remember though >_<.
