How to put New thread option in Show thread?

I would like to have New thread option like this

Post reply Icon at top which is by default , Next I want to have New Topic Icon so that people can post new topic by clicking in from showthread

Can anyone help me in this please?

Have you tried a search on "New Thread" ? I think I have seen mods to add a New Thread button before.

Yes, did tried but couldn't find it for vbulletin 3. It's for vb 4.
