Can't Edit Css For Theme

I'm trying to make my own vbulletin theme in the admincp of 4.2.0 Patch Level 2.

I went to >>Style Manager>>Chose the Dropdown for my theme>>Main CSS

and i get this error "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/admincp/css.php on line 451"

Also There is no save button..

How can i fix this?
