I have added the needed hooks, and activated those hooks.
But when I view my profile it still shows me this:

I didn't quite get what you mean.
What am I supposed to do, after editing the file.

What I did:
Edit file.
Delete plug-ins (that I copy/pasted)
AdminCP > Products and plug-ins > Manage product > Add new product

I think what you had originally was OK, except in the first plugin you're setting $userinfo['activity'] to 'HRSTube 1' and in the second you're checking for 'mypage' (they should be the same, probably 'HRSTube 1' or something like that).

In the revised code you have the activites the same, but in the first plugin you're checking for activity.php instead of your file name.
