Hello guys..... i have a serious problem..... BIG BIG PROBLEM

i have setting my CMS and Forum in this mode (Please see attachments)

but no one can see the cms if not logged in.....
I wish that people who are not logged sees the cms
logged people can see the forum also....

Now people go away without registering because they do not see anything and do not sign up if you do not know what it is

PLEASE HELP ME I'M VERY DISPERATE
ARE TWO WEEKS THAT I AM GO INSANE WHIT THIS PROBLEM
