After X post's can post links

Hey guys, I'm looking for a mod/templete that prevents people from posting links in their posts, but after X amount, they are able to do so.

There's one here: www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=247399 , but to be honest I can't tell from reading the description whether or not the free version does what you want. I think there are others that do the same thing.
