Who's online, unknown location

On my site has become "Unknown Location" (Viewing Index) in currently viewing or who's online.

Users who see Viewing Index they witnessed a particular thread. I'm sure of that becouse i am BRAVEHEART. :)

When did you noticed this for the first time? Did you install any mods lately that change the online list?

If they were in an unknown location, it would say this:

Unknown Location
[ URL ]

It was from the beginning.
No I have not added any mods.

Also, create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Please make sure this default style is enabled for us when we view the site.

Can you please check your session table and see what location is listed and also see if they are listed as all having the same IP or different IPs.

You do have several modifications on there and you need to disable them to see if you still get this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
