Require Poll to Post NEW Thread

Version vB - 4.2.0 PL 2

I'm going through the code and have been unsuccessful in finding and getting it to work.

I'd like to require a Poll on one of my thread topics. When a user creates a new thread, he/she is required to post a poll.

Also would like to add a poll while editing the first post in a thread.
