vBulletin 4: registration form on static page?

Wondering if anyone has done this, or even if it's possible. If it's been done, it seems like there could be a chance at getting a registration form into a notice.

I give up. I've looked for this EVERYWHERE, and tried to research ways of doing this, to no avail. There just seems to be absolutely no interest in a quick registration hack for vB 4. Strange - quick register links were common with earlier versions of vBulletin, but It seems like there's more interest in old-school stats and thank you hacks, or hacks that make registration more difficult.

I was using this mod back in the day: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=114342

After I updated to vBulletin 4, where there's no such mod, registration plunged from 20 to 30 new users a day to 1 to 5. I wonder if others that upgraded to vB4 but lost a quick registration mod in the process experienced the same thng.

It is definitely possible, you would just have to look at the form and plug and play with the variables. Probably would take a plugin or two written to pass a few variables along, assuming how fancy you want to get, but it isn't such a difficult job.
