Is there a "online store" mod?

I need to sell t-shirts and a few other items via paypal from my vb4 site.
Is there a simple mod for that before I make an html page? Or should I use the subscriptions option for only a few items?

Thanks but all those results are 4-5 years old...I'm looking for a simple vb4 solution. Can you point me to something more specific?
